Cancellation Policy:

            Written cancellations received by March 17, 2008 will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be provided after March 17, 2008.  Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying Catherine at cath@okstate.edu.

The host, Oklahoma State University, reserves the right to cancel the course on or before seven days prior to course start date due to insufficient registration or other situations beyond their control. In this case, all registered participants will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone and all paid course fees will be refunded in full. Oklahoma State University cannot be responsible for other expenses incurred because of course cancellation.
